Account & Login
If you can't log in or forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. If your account is locked or you have trouble accessing it, contact us with your registered email address.
Payments & Payouts
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. If you have a question about a charge, a payout delay, or a refund request, include your task ID or transaction reference when contacting us.
Tasks & Disputes
If you have a dispute with another user, use the in-app dispute feature under your task. Our team reviews all disputes and responds within 3 business days.
Pro Subscription
To manage or cancel your Pro subscription, go to Profile → Settings → Subscription in the app. For billing questions or refund requests, email us at contact@crazy-work.com.
Delete Account
You can delete your account directly in the app via Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. For more details, see our Account Deletion page.
