Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Crazy Work mobile application operated by Crazy Work ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the App.

Clients may post tasks, review bids, hire providers, and pay for services.

Providers may create profiles, bid on tasks, offer services, and receive payments.

All payments are processed through Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for payment disputes handled directly between users outside the platform.

6. Subscriptions

Crazy Work offers an auto-renewable Pro subscription that unlocks premium features within the App (unlimited service listings, unlimited monthly responses, the ability to message clients first, featured profile placement in search, priority customer support, and up to 30 photos per service).

6.1. Available Plans

Prices in other currencies are converted by Apple/Google according to their territorial pricing matrices.

6.2. Billing and Auto-Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen package.

6.3. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro features until then.

6.4. Refunds

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased via the App Store are handled by Apple (support.apple.com). Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google. For other questions, contact contact@crazy-work.com.

6.5. Marketplace Payments

Payments between Clients and Providers for real-world physical services (cleaning, repairs, deliveries, etc.) are processed through Stripe and are separate from the Pro subscription. These payments are not in-app purchases and are governed by Stripe's Terms of Service.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the App. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Disputes Between Users

We provide a dispute resolution mechanism within the App. While we may assist in mediating disputes, we are not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any service transaction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crazy Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
