Delete Your CrazyWork Account
You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal data.
Option 1 — Delete in the App (Recommended)
- Open the CrazyWork app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm — your account and personal data will be deleted immediately
Option 2 — Email Request
- Email: support@crazy-work.com
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include: your registered email address
- Response time: within 7 business days
What Gets Deleted
Upon deletion, the following personal data is permanently removed:
- Profile information: name, phone number, bio, avatar, and location
- Authentication data: email (anonymized), password, and linked Google/Apple IDs
- All reviews you have written or received
- All conversations and chat messages
- Notifications, device tokens, and active sessions on all devices
- Subscriptions and saved favorites
- Portfolio items and uploaded files
- Provider profile, offered services, and task responses
- Any disputes you have opened
- Stripe Connect account (for providers with payouts enabled)
What Is Retained
- Completed transaction records are anonymized and retained for legal and financial compliance
- Your personal data (name, email, phone, photos) is removed or anonymized immediately upon deletion
- Financial records are retained for as long as required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years)
Before You Delete — Important
Your account cannot be deleted while:
- You have tasks currently in progress
- You have open or under-review disputes
- You have pending payments or payouts in transit
Please resolve these first, then retry account deletion.
