Crazy Work ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Crazy Work mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect

- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you register.
- Location Data: Approximate or precise location to match you with nearby services or providers.
- Camera & Photos: We request camera access to allow you to take photos for your profile, task descriptions, service portfolios, and identity verification. Photos from your gallery may also be selected.
- Messages: Chat messages between clients and providers within the App.
- Payment Information: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Device Information: Device type, OS version, and push notification token for delivering notifications.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the App (screens visited, features used) for improving the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App
- To match clients with service providers
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send push notifications about your tasks, bids, and messages
- To verify provider identities for trust and safety

3. Camera Permission
We use the camera permission (android.permission.CAMERA / NSCameraUsageDescription) for the following purposes:
- Taking a profile photo directly from your camera
- Photographing task-related items or locations
- Scanning identity documents for provider verification
Camera access is only activated when you explicitly choose to take a photo. We do not access your camera in the background.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:
- Other Users: Your public profile (name, photo, rating) is visible to other users.
- Stripe: For payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase: For push notifications. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate the App, bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@crazy-work.com.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/WSS encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment data is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability
